A quick and flavourful appetiser that adds a kick to your gatherings!
What do I need?
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 175 g mixed olives, drained
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2/3 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1 strip orange peel
How do I make it?
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the olives, rosemary, chilli flakes, and orange peel to the frying pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the olives are heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
