Best Ever Grilled Steak

Simply delicious!

What do I need?

  • 1 Warwick Meats ribeye steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

How do I make it?

  1. Heat the grill to high heat.
  2. If you used a marinade, pat the steak dry.
  3. Brush both sides of the steak with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the steak over direct flames until well charred with grill marks, at least 4 minutes depending on the cut and thickness.
  5. Flip and grill until the desired doneness is reached, 60°C for medium.
  6. Transfer to a cutting board or platter and let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
