Simply delicious!
What do I need?
- 1 Warwick Meats ribeye steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
How do I make it?
- Heat the grill to high heat.
- If you used a marinade, pat the steak dry.
- Brush both sides of the steak with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak over direct flames until well charred with grill marks, at least 4 minutes depending on the cut and thickness.
- Flip and grill until the desired doneness is reached, 60°C for medium.
- Transfer to a cutting board or platter and let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
