Turkey Pinwheel Wraps

Transform your turkey leftovers into a savoury and sweet finger food, perfect as a quick and easy appetiser, snack, or light main course!

What do I need?

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 3 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1¼ cups cooked turkey meat, shredded
  • 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 Mission Spinach & Herb Super Soft Wraps

How do I make it?

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, dried cranberries, spring onions, shredded turkey, and parmesan until well combined.
  2. Lay out two wraps on a clean surface, slightly overlapping. Spread half of the mixture evenly across the wraps.
  3. Repeat with the remaining two wraps and the rest of the mixture.
  4. Roll each set of wraps tightly, then wrap them in cling film. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  5. To serve, slice the wraps into bite-sized pinwheels and enjoy.
