What do I need?
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1¼ cups cooked turkey meat, shredded
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 4 Mission Spinach & Herb Super Soft Wraps
How do I make it?
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, dried cranberries, spring onions, shredded turkey, and parmesan until well combined.
- Lay out two wraps on a clean surface, slightly overlapping. Spread half of the mixture evenly across the wraps.
- Repeat with the remaining two wraps and the rest of the mixture.
- Roll each set of wraps tightly, then wrap them in cling film. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- To serve, slice the wraps into bite-sized pinwheels and enjoy.
