What do I need?
- 3 bananas
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 12 So Soft Pink & White Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate topping
How do I make it?
- Leave the bananas in their skins and cut down
- the centre.
- Scatter some chocolate chips down the middle of the banana and then push 4 So Soft Pink & White Marshmallows on top of them.
- Place the banana onto foil and bake in the oven at approximately 180°C until a crust forms on the marshmallows. Alternatively, if you are camping, wrap foil around the banana and sit it on top of hot coals until cooked.
- Drizzle chocolate topping over the bananas and serve.
