This quick and easy peach cobbler requires just four ingredients and can be whipped up in minutes—no milk needed! With a few pantry staples and Goulburn Valley peaches, this simple cobbler transforms into a sweet, bubbling dessert like magic.

What do I need?

  • 1400 g Goulburn Valley peaches in juice (2 jars)
  • 300 g self-raising flour
  • 340 g white sugar, divided
  • 225 g butter, divided and melted

How do I make it?

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a 23 centimetre baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Drain the peaches, reserving 60 millilitres of the juice. Spread the peach slices and the reserved juice evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the self-raising flour, 280 grams of the sugar, and 170 grams (12 tablespoons) of the melted butter. Mix until it forms a crumbly, streusel-like consistency.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the peaches—don’t stir them together.
  5. Drizzle the remaining 55 grams (4 tablespoons) of melted butter over the top of the crumble. Sprinkle the remaining 60 grams of sugar evenly over the cobbler.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, or until the cobbler is golden brown and bubbling.
  7. Serve warm with your favourite ice cream.
