Best Ever Burger Sauce

Delicious and easy-to-make burger sauce.

What do I need?

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup whole-egg mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup MasterFoods Dijon Mustard
  • ½ cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ cup gherkins, finely chopped
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan
  • ⅓ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • ½ tsp green peppercorns, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper

How do I make it?

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, gherkins, Parmesan, tomato sauce, paprika, green peppercorns, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  2. Transfer the burger sauce to a jar with a lid, or cover the mixing bowl with a lid or plastic wrap.
  3. You can serve this sauce immediately, but for the best flavour, refrigerate for 2 hours to let the flavours develop.
  4. Store any leftover sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
