Delicious and easy-to-make burger sauce.
What do I need?
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup whole-egg mayonnaise
- ¼ cup MasterFoods Dijon Mustard
- ½ cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- ½ cup gherkins, finely chopped
- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan
- ⅓ cup tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp paprika
- ½ tsp green peppercorns, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
How do I make it?
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, gherkins, Parmesan, tomato sauce, paprika, green peppercorns, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Transfer the burger sauce to a jar with a lid, or cover the mixing bowl with a lid or plastic wrap.
- You can serve this sauce immediately, but for the best flavour, refrigerate for 2 hours to let the flavours develop.
- Store any leftover sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
