Mini Oreo Tiramisu

Impress your guests with these individual Oreo tiramisu desserts, layered with creamy espresso-flavoured mascarpone and chocolate cookie crumbs.

What do I need?

  • 18 Oreo cookies, divided
  • ¾ cup thickened cream
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup thickened cream
  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

How do I make it?

  1. Set aside 6 whole cookies for garnish. Blitz the remaining 12 cookies in a food processor or blender until finely crushed. Set aside.
  2. Stir the espresso powder into the milk until fully dissolved.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk the thickened cream and icing sugar with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Transfer the whipped cream to a separate bowl.
  4. In another bowl, beat the mascarpone and vanilla extract on medium speed until smooth. Gradually add the espresso mixture, beating until fully combined. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Spoon the mascarpone mixture into a piping bag. Cut a small opening at the tip. Pipe a layer of the mascarpone mixture into each of the 6 serving glasses. Top with a layer of crushed Oreos. Repeat with another layer of mascarpone and cookie crumbs.
  6. Finish by garnishing each glass with one of the reserved whole Oreos. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
