What do I need?
- 2 tbsp Raw Paleo Protein Gentle Digest Vanilla
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tbsp plant-based yoghurt
- 1 cup plant-based unsweetened milk
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- A pinch of ginger
- A pinch each of turmeric and black pepper
How do I make it?
- Place all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding more milk if necessary to reach your desired consistency.
