Gut-Healing Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with natural prebiotics, probiotics, fibre, and vitamins to support your digestive health. It’s naturally sweet, creamy, and perfect for breakfast.

What do I need?

  • 2 tbsp Raw Paleo Protein Gentle Digest Vanilla
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp plant-based yoghurt
  • 1 cup plant-based unsweetened milk
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • A pinch of ginger
  • A pinch each of turmeric and black pepper

How do I make it?

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more milk if necessary to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
