Ginger Turmeric Latte

Both ginger and turmeric boast incredible anti-inflammatory properties, making this soothing and delicious latte a healthful treat.

What do I need?

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground lemongrass (optional)
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • Pinch of saffron
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp raw honey

How do I make it?

  1. Begin by adding boiling water, ground ginger, lemongrass (if using), ground turmeric, and a pinch of saffron to a Mason jar. Shake well to combine.
  2. In a small pot over medium heat, bring almond milk and raw honey to a gentle boil.
  3. Pour the hot milk into the Mason jar, seal it tightly, and shake vigorously to create a frothy foam.
  4. Slowly remove the lid and pour the latte into mugs to serve.
