
Falafel Salad Bowl
Fresh, colourful and full of flavour, this salad bowl is a quick and easy way to enjoy Yumi’s Classic Falafel and Traditional Hommus.
What do I need?
For the salad
- 5 Yumi’s Classic Falafels
- 1 scoop Yumi’s Traditional Hommus
- 2 baby cucumbers, sliced
- A handful of lettuce leaves
- A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 5 olives
- 1 scoop cooked rice
- Fresh herbs & seeds, to garnish
For the tabouleh
- Equal parts parsley, tomato, cucumber
& red onion, finely diced - Equal parts cooked quinoa
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
How do I make it?
- Prepare the tabouleh by mixing finely diced parsley, tomato, cucumber and red onion with quinoa, lemon juice and salt. Set aside.
- Warm the Yumi’s Classic Falafels according to packet instructions.
- Arrange lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives, rice, tabouleh, falafels
and Yumi’s Traditional Hommus in a bowl. - Garnish with herbs and seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
