Fresh, colourful and full of flavour, this salad bowl is a quick and easy way to enjoy Yumi’s Classic Falafel and Traditional Hommus.

What do I need?

For the salad

  • 5 Yumi’s Classic Falafels
  • 1 scoop Yumi’s Traditional Hommus
  • 2 baby cucumbers, sliced
  • A handful of lettuce leaves
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 5 olives
  • 1 scoop cooked rice
  • Fresh herbs & seeds, to garnish

For the tabouleh

  • Equal parts parsley, tomato, cucumber
    & red onion, finely diced
  • Equal parts cooked quinoa
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

How do I make it?

  1. Prepare the tabouleh by mixing finely diced parsley, tomato, cucumber and red onion with quinoa, lemon juice and salt. Set aside.
  2. Warm the Yumi’s Classic Falafels according to packet instructions.
  3. Arrange lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives, rice, tabouleh, falafels
    and Yumi’s Traditional Hommus in a bowl.
  4. Garnish with herbs and seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
