Chilli Garlic Olives

A quick and flavourful appetiser that adds a kick to your gatherings!

What do I need?

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 175 g mixed olives, drained
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2/3 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1 strip of orange peel

How do I make it?

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the olives, rosemary, chilli flakes, and orange peel to the frying pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the olives are heated through.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!
