Cheesy Loaded Herb Garlic Bread

A deliciously gooey twist on a classic favourite—perfect as a side, snack, or party platter. This jazzed-up garlic bread is loaded with herbs, cheese and buttery goodness, and ready in minutes.

What do I need?

  • 1 pack store-bought garlic bread
  • (sliced lengthways or individual slices)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2–3 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp softened butter
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper
  • Pinch of dried oregano

How do I make it?

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced (or 200°C conventional).
  2. Place the garlic bread on a baking tray, garlic-side up.
  3. In a bowl, combine the mozzarella, parsley, Parmesan, butter, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano.
  4. Spoon the cheesy herb mixture evenly over the bread.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
  6. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
