1. Eligibility
1.1. The Promotion is open only to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of Australia.
1.2. Proof of purchase is required at the time of prize claim.
2. Entry Requirements
2.1. Participants must spend a minimum of $50 in a single transaction at Spano’s during the Promotion period to qualify.
2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, even from separate transactions, will not be accepted.
2.3. The Promotion is available only between 10:00am and 2:00pm AEST on 30 November 2024. Transactions outside this time frame will not be eligible for entry.
3. Prize Details
3.1. Participants who meet the entry requirements will be given one spin on the “Wheel of Fortune” to determine their prize.
3.2. Prizes on the wheel include:
• Product prizes (e.g., grocery items, household goods).
• Spano’s gift vouchers (values to be determined and displayed on the wheel).
• The main prize: “Win Your Shop Back,” reimbursing the value of the participant’s qualifying purchase (capped at $200 AUD per transaction).
3.3. The “Win Your Shop Back” prize excludes the reimbursement of tobacco products, lottery tickets, and any associated fees.
3.4. The “Win Your Shop Back” prize will be issued as a combination of cash and Spano’s gift vouchers. Once this prize is won, the winner is not eligible for any further spins, and their participation in the Promotion is considered complete.
3.5. The “Win Your Shop Back” prize is strictly capped at $200 AUD per transaction, regardless of the total transaction value.
3.6. All prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for additional cash or compensation beyond what is stated.
4. Winner Selection
4.1. Winners are determined instantly upon spinning the “Wheel of Fortune.”
4.2. The allocation of prizes is random, and the decision is final and cannot be contested.
4.3. Spano’s reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any entrant who does not meet the criteria.
5. General Conditions
5.1. By participating in the Promotion, entrants consent to their name and image being used for marketing and promotional purposes by Spano’s without further compensation or notice.
5.2. Spano’s reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
5.3. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid, and Spano’s reserves the right to disqualify any such entries.

6.1. Spano’s is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize.
