Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is ONAPS Pty Ltd trading as Spano’s IGA, Queensland, Australia.

 

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 4 March 2026 and ends on 1 April 2026, or earlier if all Instant Win tickets are distributed, whichever occurs first.

 

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

To receive an Instant Win ticket, customers must:

• Spend $50 or more in a single transaction at a participating Spano’s IGA store during the promotion period.
• Make eligible purchases at normal retail prices.

Excluded from the spend requirement are purchases of tobacco products, lottery products and ePay transactions.

Only one Instant Win ticket will be issued per qualifying transaction.

5. Instant Win Tickets

Instant Win tickets are scratch-off tickets that reveal immediately whether a prize has been won.

Tickets must be scratched by the customer to reveal the result.

 

The odds of winning are approximately 1 in 7, based on the total number of tickets printed.

6. Prizes

There are 4,250 Instant Win prizes available across the promotion, with a total prize pool valued at approximately $40,000.

Prizes include:

• $20, $5 and $10 Spano’s gift vouchers
• Selected product prizes supplied by participating brands (randomly selected products)

No individual prize exceeds a value of $20.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated.

7. Prize Redemption

Winning tickets must be presented in store at the service desk.

 

All prizes must be claimed and collected by 30 June 2026.

Any prizes not claimed by this date will be forfeited.

Prizes are subject to availability at participating stores.

8. Unclaimed or Invalid Tickets

Instant Win tickets are void if they are:

• Altered, forged, damaged or tampered with
• Not legible
• Lost or stolen

The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.

9. General Conditions

• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or winning ticket.
• The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the promotion or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• If the promotion cannot run as planned due to circumstances beyond the promoter’s control, the promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

11. Regulatory Information

This promotion is conducted as a trade promotion lottery under Queensland law and operates as an Instant Result Ticket promotion.
