This pavlova requires no cooking and is ready in just 20 minutes.
What do I need?
- 300 mL double cream
- 25 cardamom pods, seeds finely ground
- 1 meringue base
- 4 whole passionfruit
- 1 fresh ripe mango, peeled, stoned, and sliced
- 30 g coconut chips
How do I make it?
- In a large bowl, use a balloon whisk to whisk the cream and ground cardamom to almost stiff peaks.
- To assemble, spoon the cardamom cream onto the meringue base.
- Halve the passionfruit and scoop out the seeds. Decorate with the mango and passionfruit, scattering over the coconut chips as you go.
